Miishil Yoga is a Virtual Yoga Studio providing online classes and 1:1 yoga training to individuals interested in a healthier body and mind. Through traditional yoga and holistic practices, each person becomes stronger physically, while connecting more deeply with themselves.
This practice has changed my life. I have spent a lot of time doing yoga and other forms of healing, but when Michelle led me into movement therapy, something clicked on a deep level. This practice invites me to process what’s in my mind, explore where it lives in my body and release through movement. It allows me to play and move lightly. It allows an opening for truth and acceptance. One of the most powerful parts for me is being able to hear messages come through. “You are safe.” “You are loved.” “You are everything you need” Through movement, I am nourished. I can embody these affirmations of self love and feel truly integrated.”
