Movement Meditation

Movement Meditation is a unique program at Miishil Yoga, developed around the process of doing through non-doing. We aim to redefine the meaning of ‘dance’, believing it is a tool that everyone can use for transformation. When we are in a playful state, we bring ourselves to the moment and everything becomes a meditation.

Sessions are sometimes guided and other times free form. We release tension held physically and emotionally through embodiment which makes space for creativity to flow. The results include widening your range of motion to being able to confidently express yourself beyond the dance floor. The classes are easy to follow and we encourage everyone to participate with an open heart.
