We turn in through practice with traditional asana (postures) passed down from our teachers. This unique sequence combines elements of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Tantra. The class can be taken by anyone no matter what age or ability.
This class is designed to create heat and inner fire. Through this class, you are able to Increase your ability to direct energy and to gain strength to not follow your mind. The class is open to all levels and you are invited to rest as much as you need.
Come and wind down with our slower paced, meditative class. It only takes a moment to stop and watch, to let go of your tension. We focus on breath, intentional movement and postures to release. Allow yourself some space to melt your body into a relaxed state. Some classes may include breathing practice and yoga nidra.
